DRG is introducing electronic Instruction for Use (eIFU)
We are excited to announce DRG Instruments will soon be transitioning from physical copies of product inserts to electronic Instruction for Use (eIFU) for our products. Moving our product insert IFU information online will ensure our customers always have the most-up-to-date product information available and allow customers to easily access the information they need via any device (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) that is connected to the internet.
You will find the eIFU site link at our company website (www.drg-diagnostics.de), or by visiting https://drg.eifuonline.com starting December 23, 2024. We will fully transition to this portal by January 27, 2025. eIFU for products manufactured and placed on the market after full transition date can be downloaded from our eIFU portal. Physical copies of the product inserts will not be included in the kit boxes any longer. The user of our products should always make sure to only use the most recent instruction for use.
Instructions:
- Enter Product Name, Catalog Number, or Lot Number in the Search box.
- Applicable IFU, SDS, and/or CoA will be listed on the screen.
- Select the document you need, then download or print.
Please note on the eIFU site it is recommended that you sign up to receive notifications for future product insert changes.
